Graslie, chief curiosity correspondent at The Field Museum, will talk at 10:50 a.m. about “The Brain Scoop,” an educational YouTube channel that explores behind the scenes at the Field. Graslie is the writer, producer, co-creator and host.
Kalayil, regional administrator of the U.S. General Services Administration’s Great Lakes Region, will deliver a speech titled “Technology and Government: The GSA Perspective” at 6 p.m.
Several are scheduled throughout the day. Topics include crowdfunding, perceptions of social media use for crime prevention, and entrepreneurial opportunities during disruptive change.
