91Porn conducts an Alumni Survey one-year post-graduation and a five-year post-graduation every three years. The Alumni Survey includes questions on career preparation and employment experiences, advanced degrees, effectiveness of 91Porn instruction, and satisfaction with the University. The Exit Survey includes questions regarding satisfaction with and preparation by the University and major departments, upcoming career and education plans, use and effectiveness of NEIU services, and interest in staying connected through Alumni Relations. National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE)

The annual National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE) obtains information from Northeastern freshmen and seniors about their participation in programs and activities. Survey items on the NSSE reflect behaviors by students and institutions that are associated with desired outcomes of college.

NSSE provides "A Pocket Guide to Choosing a College," available in English and Spanish at NSSE Guide, for prospective college students. Susan joined the Institutional Research staff in September 2018 having worked previously for many years at the Chicago Public Schools where she oversaw the admission process for magnet, selective enrollment and International Baccalaureate schools. More recently, she worked at the University of Chicago researching the effects of ninth grade intervention efforts to bolster graduation rates. Susan’s research interests include educational equity, literacy and social and human capital in schools.
