Kristina is passionate about international education. She has evaluated non-US credentials for over ten years. She has presented and attended NAFSA conferences, and was a contributing author to The AACRAO International Guide: A Resource for International Education Professionals. Prior to her evaluation work, Kristina worked with international J-1 Work and Travel students, their employers and sending offices; as well as an admissions advisor at a for-profit university. She received her B.A. from the University of St. Thomas, majoring in Broadcast Journalism and minoring in Russian Language. Kristina received her M.A. degree in International Studies at DePaul University and also completed additional Ukrainian language studies at Harvard Ukrainian Research Institute of Harvard University.

Mary was born in England and has lived in or visited more than 45 countries; she has called Chicago her home base for many years now. Her professional experience is with non-profit organizations and universities, including the Lake County Health Department and the University of Chicago. She serves as the advisor to NEIU's International Club and participates in International Educators of Illinois (IEI) and NAFSA professional development training. She enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering at a local food pantry.

A native Chicagoan, Michael has created a career from himself as a non-formal educator and tour guide in the tourism industry in the Middle East and Europe. He also has substantial experience in group facilitation for young adults addressing difficult topics such as conflict, generational trauma, and identity. Michael speaks fluent Hebrew and German, the latter of which he learned during international programs through the University of Vienna's Sommerhochschule and a semester at the University of Tuebingen in Germany.

He has a B.A. in English Language Learners and Cultural Studies from Ashford University and his master's emphasizes the support of Student Affairs and Counseling in Higher Education from the University of Nebraska-Kearney.
His 11 years of services in international higher education began with ELS Educational Services at the University of Missouri-St. Louis where he served as the International Student Advisor and Center Director over the English program.
Outside of work, Anthony enjoys hiking, camping, and fishing and is passionate about nature and the environment. A dog lover at heart, Weimaraners are his favorite breed. He also enjoys horseback riding and exploring America’s National Parks.
