Preparing the Next Generation Workforce

The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development predicts technology will transform over the next decade. Upskilling enhances an employee’s existing abilities by teaching them new capabilities for the work needed; reskilling prepares current workers for different roles. When companies prepare employees for what’s coming, they can avoid layoffs, voluntary departures, and loss of morale and productivity among employees who stay.

The NEIU College of Business and Technology Adult and Executive Education unit provides executive programming that can support your business through leadership and skills development, expansion of product lines, adoption of new technologies and softwares, compliance with occupational or industry regulations, expansion into new markets, and promotion of growth and increased profit. Adult and executive education when used to upskill and reskill increases productivity, improves talent acquisition and retention, creates higher workforce productivity, greater innovation, stronger employee engagement, and a more resilient workforce.

Each training can be customized for the frequency of meetings and the modality (in-person, remote, or hybrid format). The course can be held in person at any of the NEIU locations as well as in your training space.
