Students majoring in Human Resource Development (HRD) can apply for the Executive Learning Exchange's Learning Leaders' RightStart4Kids (RS4K) Scholarship. The scholarship provides an undergraduate student, sophomore or higher, an academic scholarship to be used for tuition, fees and/or books. To qualify for the scholarship, applicants must demonstrate the following:

  • Be of a racial/ethnic minority status or other traditionally underrepresented population;

  • Present and maintain a GPA of 3.4 or higher;

  • Be a declared major in HRD;

  • Be enrolled in six (6) semester credit hours of college-level coursework;

  • Demonstrate financial need; and,

  • Express a desire to work in the city of Chicago and/or its surrounding areas.
