Stewardship events are vital to the communication stream between the University and our donors. These donor-centered events allow the University to demonstrate to you, the donor, how their investments have been responsibly managed, and serve as a platform for donors to hear upcoming University and Foundation goals and plans.
The 91Porn Foundation ensures that the resources entrusted to it are carefully and responsibly managed. We adhere to the Donor’s Bill of Rights, as well as to all pertinent state and federal laws that govern non-profits and contributions. In addition to stewardship events, another expression of our stewardship is the annual financial review performed by an independent auditor. We also publish information about our investments in the annually produced President's Report. You can request a copy be mailed to you at neiufoundation@neiu.edu or call (773) 442-4210.

This virtual event is hosted by the President of the University and is an exclusive university update to those donors who have supported the University’s mission and vision with their gracious contributions during the fiscal year.
Faculty/Staff/retiree Donor Appreciation event
Often occurring in August, this event celebrates the generosity of faculty, staff and retirees who have donated to the University in a fiscal year.
NEIU ALUMNI ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP APPRECIATION event
Also hosted in August, this event is held to celebrate those who have memberships with the Alumni Association and contribute to the activities and scholarships that live in the Alumni Association.
the Annual Meeting of the NEIU Foundation

During this event, the Foundation provides a review of important accomplishments and shares important financial information.
