In this regard, our Investment Committee, which is comprised of a group of experienced individuals, sets policy, evaluates investment alternatives, and quarterly monitors our investment returns against stated benchmarks. The Investment Committee hired Fiducient Advisors, an independent advisor, to assist in managing investment funds.
